Ιn the small village of Zounaki, Athanasia Papadantonaki is a pioneer herself, being among the first to adopt sustainable, organic οlive tree cultivation technics on the island. She provides us with hand-picked organic οlive leaves -a bi-product of οlive tree cultivation that would else be discarded and that has never been utilized up to this day.
