    1.Soil Lab

    Starved at the foot of the volcano, misted by the Aegean Sea and growing into a basket-like cylinder to defend itself against the intense Grecian sun and the harsh Cycladic winds, the Santorini Grape has a distinctive aroma and a unique character. Santorini Grape (Assyrtiko) is a white grape indigenous to this breath-taking island, sustainably cultivated in arid volcanic-ash-rich soil. An ancient vine variety that goes back 3,500 years and remains phylloxera free. We source the by-products of the cultivation from the Union of Santorini Cooperatives/Santowine -the marcs. It is the first time that the great volume of vinification by-products, instead of being discarded, is used to produce a cosmetic extract.

    2.Extraction Lab

    We extract the marcs -the by-products of vinification-, after they have been dried under the bright Grecian sun for 48 hours. We follow a 100% zero-waste process using natural solvents only. Solid residue is composted to end up back into the soil as organic fertilizer.

    The Santorini Grape extract comes from the island’s indigenous white grape variety growing into volcanic ash, with a high concentration of polyphenols. It nourishes skin, quenching thirst for total skin renewal.

    Santorini Grape Renewing Body Cleanser: Rub gently onto wet skin and rinse off with plenty of water. Avoid the touch with eyes. Ideal for daily use.
    Santorini Grape Body Smoothing Milk: After your shower or bath, apply the product all over your body while doing a light massage. Wait a while until it is absorbed by the skin before getting dressed.
