    1.Soil Lab

    The Greek grape extract -part of our innovative Red Grape Stem Cell Antioxidant System- comes from the island of Santorini. Starved at the foot of the volcano, misted by the Aegean Sea, and growing into a basket-like cylinder to defend itself against the intense Greek sun and the harsh Cycladic winds, the Santorini grape is sustainably cultivated in arid volcanic-ash-rich soil. We source the marcs, the by-products of the cultivation, from the Union of Santorini Cooperatives/Santowine. It is the first time that the great volume of vinification by-products, instead of being discarded, is used to produce a cosmetic extract.

    2.Extraction Lab

    We extract the marcs after they have been dried under the bright Greek sun for 48 hours. We follow a 100% zero-waste process, using natural solvents only. Solid residue is composted to end up back into the soil as organic fertilizer.

    3.Molecular Lab

    The Antiaging + Antispot Red Grape Sunscreen Face Cream is based on a red grape stem cell active; derived from a rare grape cultivar which has red flesh and red juice. A rich source of potent antioxidants, anthocyanins, helping protect skin against photoageing, the main cause of premature ageing. In addition to this active, the formula has been developed with garden cress extract and turmeric-root-derived curcuma longa, improving the appearance of age spots, while promoting elasticity, moisturizing and smoothing out the appearance of wrinkles. Antioxidant vitamin E enhances the formula’s antiaging action.

    How to Use

    RED GRAPE TINTED DAILY SUNSCREEN FACE CREAM SPF 50
    USE: Apply evenly onto face and neck, avoiding the eye area, at least 30 minutes before exposure to the sun. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling. In order to reach the protection level indicated by the sun protection factor, sunscreen products have to be applied in a quantity that is equal to 2 mg/cm2 (approx. 1/3 teaspoon for the face and neck).
    WARNING: Not using the adequate quantity of sunscreen will lower the level of protection significantly. Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product. Over-exposure to the sun is
    a serious health threat. Wait until the product is fully absorbed, before you get dressed. Sunscreen products may cause stains on clothing. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight.
