The tree blossoms in the heart of winter with delicate rose white flowers that mature to sweet nuts. Our farmer in the surroundings of Tirnavos, Nikos Perifanos, with over 25 years of expertise in organic farming, cultivates almond for KORRES formulations.

    2.Extraction Lab

    KORRES Almond oil derived from the organic almonds of Tirnavos, is produced through cold-pressing, the mildest solvent-free oil production technique, ensuring a precious, non-refined oil of superior purity. 100kg of almond nuts with their skin yield just 20kg of this virgin Greek Almond oil with supreme qualities. We have opted to keep the almond skin, instead of using heat to remove it, thus preserving its superiority and valuable compounds. This is the purest and most natural oil. The process is 100% zero-waste, while solid residue is composted to end up back into the soil as organic fertilizer.

    Almond oil is rich in mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids, minerals, glycosides, and vitamins -including antioxidant vitamin E. It is ultra-moisturizing, nourishing skin and locking-in moisture to prevent trans-epidermal water loss. It has softening and conditioning properties, delivering elasticity for a youthful-looking skin. Almond oil is the ultimate natural moisturizer even for the driest skin.

    How to Use

    Spread a sufficient amount on your hands and gently massage all over your body, with circular movements. Rinse with plenty of warm water. Wipe with a large towel and before your skin is completely dry and apply a moisturizer or body oil that you liked.
