Crete is the largest and most fertile island of Greece, with an established, century-old tradition in Olive tree cultivation. Our products infused with supreme Olive oil and Olive leaf extract are filled with local traditions, with the passion and know-how of local farmers on the island of Crete. We cooperate with the Organic Farmers Cooperative of Messara for the supply of Cretan extra virgin Olive oil of the predominant, supreme Koroneiki Olive variety. Founded back in the ‘90s by a small group of dedicated farmers, this is the first cooperative of its kind on the island that for decades has been trying to preserve this tradition, while promoting scientific research in relation to Olive tree organic cultivation methods. In another area of the island, in the small village of Zounaki, Athanasia Papadantonaki is a pioneer herself, being among the first to adopt sustainable, organic Olive tree cultivation technics on the island. She provides us with hand-picked organic Olive leaves -a bi-product of Olive tree cultivation that would else be discarded and that has never been utilized up to this day.
